Meeniyan - Leongatha - Foster

Yoga with Jacki is your chance to centre, and ground your energy in this fast paced world. In a safe space, you will be fully guided and adaptions offered.

Casual classes are $25, Term in advance is $20 per week (some venues have no class on certain dates so prices vary). Term bookings can be purchased up to one month in, with the price reduced accordingly. A weekly practice video is included in this offering. Mats available, scroll down for all the details.

These classes offer variety, challenge, wisdom and inspiration.

Meeniyan

Classes are held on Mondays at MDU Cricket Club - 15 Hanily st Meeniyan.

Term 3 ends Sept 16th.

Term 4 Oct 7th - Dec 9th

3 classes available : 10am, 5pm and 6.15

10 am Monday class starts term 4

Leongatha

Classes are held on Tuesdays at Leongatha Health Hub - 57 McCartin st Leongatha.

Term 3 ends-Sept 17th

Term 4 Oct 8th - Dec 10th

2 classes available - 5pm and 6.15

Foster

Classes are held on Thursdays at the Community Health Centre, Station rd Foster.

Term 3 ends Sept 19th

Term 4 is 8 classes over 10weeks -

Term 4 Oct 10th - Dec 12th

Note there is no class Oct 31st and Nov 28th (due to room availability, you do not pay for these weeks)

The first class of each term is reserved for beginners, (Mon Sept 30th) designed as a taster to help you feel comfortable to attend a class, at any location when you are ready.

ONLINE CLASSES Zoom 2024

We started this in covid, but its just so convenient for busy people. Classes are 3 mornings a week and each is recorded for you to practice at your convenience……or join us live when it suits!

Mondays 7am - 7.45

Wednesdays 6.30am - 7.30

Fridays 7am - 7.30

Its a bit like Hello Fresh - $90 per month (you can unsubscribe at any time) links and recordings will be sent when payment is made)

I don’t have the opportunity to get to many live yoga sessions. Like so many, I am swamped with other commitments, morning and night. 

I am so grateful that Jacki has found a way to offer sessions that will suit people like me. I do 2 of her classes every week when the recordings come out and I just love them. I love that I have the option to do them when it suits me.

Yoga to you

Include some yoga in your weekend away, I come to your space and provide a class tailored to your group needs, Choose from the following options:

1 hour $200 - Yoga class and relaxation

1.5 hours $250 - Yoga class with a longer guided relaxation

2 hours $300 - Yoga class, longer guided relax, and head massage

POP UP CLASSES IN THE PARK

During the warmer months there is nothing better than stretching under the sun. When we are among nature we feel connected and inspired. Express your interest in pop up sessions by the link below, we will add you to the pop up list and send you a text with class information.

Generally held in the park at Meeniyan Rec reserve, no set times, just when time and weather allows. Stay tuned!

YOGA in SCHOOLS

There are so many benefits for children who practice yoga. It helps the little ones remain calm and connected. It helps teenagers focus on exams, raise their self esteem, and manage those big emotions.

Gym class


 
YOGA - Thursdays at 10.15 General level, suitable for beginners and practicing yogis. The style combines Vinyasa flow, and Hatha, which includes the classic Gita sequence and their variations to balance the glands and energy centres. Pranayama and relaxation help you quiet your mind and find your still point.
