My Yoga Journey
I stumbled upon yoga by accident over 20 years ago—little did I know how quickly I’d be drawn into this ancient practice.
The changes were gradual at first—feeling more positive, then finding inspiration to care for myself and my family in new ways. Over time, yoga became a constant, keeping me grounded, nimble, and sane. That said, I believe we’re all a work in progress—I’m far from perfect! But teaching and practicing yoga continues to shape my journey.
After years as a dedicated student, I completed my yoga teacher training in 2017. I’m trained in Hatha and Vinyasa, and my classes blend both styles for a balanced and accessible practice.
More recently, I’ve come to appreciate the beauty of connection—whether with others, with nature, or with the rhythm of the seasons. My events and retreats are about just that—bringing like-minded souls together in beautiful places. Yoga is the thread that unites us, but it’s not always the reason!
