As the Winter Solstice invites us to slow down and reflect, Wild and Wise offers us a weekend of renewal without rigidity. A space to move, create and connect while savouring life’s simple pleasures. We move our body, breathe, and still our mind. A little time in nature plus some creative expression through painting.

Gourmet meals are healthy and abundant provided by our caterer Kaye, you not need worry about a thing.

This retreat is designed to help you find balance, but by embracing things which truly restore you. Step away from the noise and immerse yourself in the seasons stillness.

Retreat Itinerary

Friday Arrival & Welcome

From 4:00 PM – Arrive, settle in, and unwind at your own pace.

🌿 5:30 PM – A warm welcome and briefing to help you feel at home.

🍽 7:00 PM – Enjoy a delicious dinner (dietary needs will be taken care of after booking).

🔥 8:00 PM – Gather by the cozy wood fire for meaningful discussions, reflections, and a soothing meditation. When you're ready, drift off to rest at your own pace.

Saturday: A Day to Nourish & Restore

🌅 7:00 – 8:00 AM – Start your day with a refreshing morning yoga practice.

🥐 8:30 – 9:30 AM – Enjoy a nourishing breakfast to fuel your day.

🚶‍♂️ 10:00 AM – Embark on a scenic walking tour from Shallow Inlet to Sandy Point. Feeling adventurous? Take an optional solstice swim if you’re up for it!

🍲 1:00 PM – Return to the Lodge for a hearty, well-deserved lunch.

🧘‍♀️ 2:00 PM – Sink into deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra, followed by a gentle restorative stretch.

3:00 – 4:00 PM – Free time to unwind—read, shower, take a peaceful walk, or simply be.

🎨 4:00 – 6:00 PM – Tap into your creativity with a relaxing painting session.

🍽 7:00 PM – Gather for a delicious, nourishing dinner.

💆‍♀️ 8:00 PM – Unwind with a soothing head massage, easygoing chats, and relaxing by the fire. Head to bed whenever you feel ready.

Sunday: A Gentle & Uplifting Farewell

🧘 7:00 AM – Begin the day with a peaceful morning meditation.

🌅 7:30 AM – Flow from stillness into movement with a Yin to Yang yoga practice.

8:30 AM – Enjoy a warm cuppa and heartfelt chats.

🎒 9:00 AM – Pack up, tidy the space, before departing the lodge by 10:00 AM.

🍽 10:30 AM – Gather for a final brunch in Fish Creek—one last moment to soak it all in before heading home.

Your Accommodation

🏡 Prom Coast Lodge comfortably fits 20, but we’re keeping it intimate with a maximum of 14 guests—so everyone gets their own bed! (First to book snag the double beds, while later bookings may get the top bunks.)

🔥 The lodge features a cozy wood fire for warmth and ambiance, plus split-system heating to keep you comfortable. Its spacious living area is the perfect setting for our weekend of movement, relaxation, and connection.

Frequently Asked Questions

💭 Can I have my own room?
Accommodation is shared, but you’re welcome to share a room with someone you nominate. If you prefer more privacy, there are options to stay in the neighboring cottages or drive home if you're local. The cost for an off-site retreat is $350—just reach out if this option suits you better.

🥗 What if I have dietary restrictions?
After booking, I’ll be in touch to gather any dietary needs. Our wonderful cook, Kaye, will tailor the menu to ensure everyone is well taken care of.

🍷 Can I bring alcohol?
Yes, If you’d like to enjoy a wine with dinner or another drink of your choice, feel free to bring it along.

🎒 What else do I need to bring?

  • Bedding is needed for all single beds.

  • A towel and your personal belongings.

  • Your own yoga mat.

  • I’ll send a full packing list closer to the retreat date.

Booking & Payment Details

🌿 Secure Your Spot: A $150 deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due one month before the retreat.

💳 Payment Options: You can choose to pay in full at the time of booking, and Afterpay is available for both options.

Cancellation Policy:

  • The $150 deposit is non-refundable.

  • If you cancel before May 20th, your balance will be fully refunded.

  • Cancellations by June 1st will receive a 50% refund.

  • After June 1st, refunds will only be issued if someone else fills your spot (minus the deposit).
